The 20-Week Optimal Performance Nutrition Plan is a personalised nutrition plan, suited for you and your unique goals. After the initial consultation, you’ll receive your initial plan, from here you’ll have weekly check-ins to make sure we continue to adjust and change things to suit to ensure optimal results.

Alongside the weekly check-ins and unlimited changes, you’ll also receive education, knowledge, and tools to make nutritious eating an integral and sustainable part of your lifestyle.

You’ll also receive ongoing support, accountability, and motivation throughout your journey to optimal health and wellness.

2. 2-weeks information gathering and learning your goals, habits and currently lifestyle.
